All orders placed on URBANCRATE are final. However, we understand that issues can occur, and we’re here to help.

• No Returns or Exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

• You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Email urbancrateweb11@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

• If validated, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Note: Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
